Easter Highlights

We had a fantastic Easter. The day before we participated in an Easter Egg Hunt with our church. They had a small designated area for the 0-2 year olds. At first Braydon was a bit hesitant then he really got into picking up the eggs, especially when he found out there was candy in them :) We also dyed some eggs. Braydon had a bit of a melt down because he wanted to dye eggs his way and it wasn't working out. We have a very independent little boy.

 April 23 was also Christian's 38th Birthday. We went to IHOP for breakfast and to Catrina's Mexican Food for Lunch, by the time Dinner came around we all just had a piece of cake because we were stuffed!

Easter morning we surprised my parent's and joined them for church. Braydon sported a handsome vest and tie with a purple shirt, Daddy wore a matching shirt and tie. They both looked very dapper. After church we joined my parents and Grandma for brunch at the Country Club. It was so delicious!  They had everything you could imagine!  Braydon loved the strawberries. After brunch he enjoyed playing on the patio with the other kids. The only bummer is that is was pouring rain all day! Not much of a spring time here this year but I am hoping summer is amazing.
