I just heard on the Today Show that this is national Grilled Cheese Month! Who knew? So to celebrate I found a website with some great grilled cheese recipes I wanted to share. The site is called DELISH http://www.delish.com/recipes/cooking-recipes/best-grilled-cheese-sandwich-recipes and it certainly is!
Try one of the recipes for lunch or dinner, or even better, set up a grilled cheese bar and let the kids make their own sandwich for you to grill. I also love using cookie or sandwich cutters to make sandwiches into fun shapes. The one I use I found at the Dollar Tree.
